Facilitation Services

• Executive and Management Offsites - Consultants work with company appointed individuals to create an offsite or management retreat designed to accomplish specific goals and objectives such as Team Building, Organizational Realignment, etc..

• Meeting Facilitation Services - Consultants work with company appointed individuals to ensure that the meeting agenda is covered, notes taken and assignments captured. During the meeting the consultant will work with the participants to ensure that maximum participation occurs.

• Strategic and Mission Statement Development - Consultants work with the organization to build an offsite that uses "SWOT" analsysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunites and Threats) to help organizations become more competitive. We build our offsites using "The Mission-Driven Organization from Mission Statement to a Thriving Enterprise..." by Bob Wall, Mark R. Sobol and Robert S. Solum.
